I have been a patient of Dr. James for many years. From typical in office visits, allergy shots, and a surgery he has always provided top quality care. This last appointment was for my daughter and ear tube consultation. I trust Dr. James and it was an easy choice for my daughter to see him as well. He’s reliable, consistent, communicate, effective and personable.

Visiting from out of town and needed semi urgent evaluation post ED visit. The office was very efficient and proactive in calling me to arrange the appointment. Dr. James was kind, gentle and reassuring. Highly recommend.

My appointment was at the Mckinney location. My experience with Dr. James and his office staff was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and professional. I was called back quite quickly after checking in, and my appointment ran on-time. Dr James took his time, listened to everything I shared, didn't rush me, answered all my questions, and explained his thoughts & recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Dr. James if you're looking for ENT treatment.
